  I meet with George the owner and puchased a custom waterbed for 3750. At this time we agreed that the bed would be completed in 3 weeks time as I have chronic back pain and it was urgent to get a new bed. I had to call the owner numerous times as they never called me to let me know of any complications. I gave them a number of extensions on the build and after 2 months they were still unable to complete the build of my bed. I then contacted them and asked to cancel the order as they were claiming they were having difficulties getting the materials and that they were busy with other jobs. Upon my request for a refund they refused and blocked my number and never contacted me again. I had to go through Fair Trading to mediate to no avail. I ended up having to go through my bank to get a cash back. Had it not been for that, I would have had to take them to court. George and his partner are liars and will take your money and never return it even though they can not provide the services they agreed upon. Since this incident I have found other people that have had similar dealings with George and his partner. These people have no conscience.
